Body Positive Tennis Program
Our unique Body Positive Tennis Program will help you achieve your desired body weight. It is an integrative program that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise to give you the ultimate full body workout that can burn up to 800 calories in an hour.
You can now lose the extra pounds by engaging in all-court activities. A professional coach will teach you proper tennis strokes and you will get to hit hundreds of balls in fun drills that test your balance and hand-eye coordination.
Because you will be engaged in fun workouts, time will pass by quickly and you will no longer feel that exercise is a chore!
Physical activity alone without a proper dieting plan will not help you lose weight. The Body Positive Tennis Program consists of a dietary plan as well, designed by our own nutritionist.
Our experience with our players has shown that intermittent fasting combined with our tennis training plans will be effective in helping you develop a body positive image.
Our team is serious in helping you reach your body weight goals. You will need to be committed to at least 3 classes a week for a period of a month before you can see any positive results.
There are many health benefits to playing tennis. Compared to other sports, tennis players have the lowest incidence of cardiovascular disease and playing just 3 hours a week can reduce your risk of heart disease by 56%.
Fees
$360 for 4 classes (1 hour each class). This does not include the court fees, if any. Payment should be made at least 3 days before the lesson to confirm registration.
The costs of booking public ActiveSG tennis courts are $9.50 for peak hours (hours between 6.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, and between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) and $3.50 for non-peak hours.
