At Play! Tennis, the health and fitness of our players are of utmost importance to us. We take care of you in two ways. Firstly, our professional coaches always ensure that you adopt proper techniques so that your tennis strokes will be smooth and fluid. With the right techniques, you should remain fit and enjoy the game for a much longer period of time. If you have acquired any bad habits over the years, our tennis coaches will work patiently with you to correct them.
We have a qualified physiotherapist to facilitate your recovery from any tennis-related injuries. If you feel any soreness or weakness in specific muscles, you may set up an appointment with us for consultation and treatment. We will help you strengthen your body or treat your injuries.
We encourage all players to see our physiotherapist regularly to correct their posture, if necessary, and to loosen up any muscle tightness they might have.
